A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Wissinger brings to CCG a significant level of expertise in the areas of valuation, financial due diligence, and mergers and acquisition consulting. Prior to co-founding CCG, Mr. Wissinger served Arthur Andersen, LLP, as the Senior Manager in Charge of the Valuation Services Group for the Great Lakes Market Region. In this role, Mr. Wissinger served primarily a middle-market clientele, a significant portion of which operated in the manufacturing industry. In addition to his responsibilities associated with the Valuation Services Group, Mr. Wissinger assisted clients in a variety of corporate finance advisory roles, primarily for acquisitions or divestitures involving companies with an enterprise value of $25 million and below.

Prior to joining Arthur Andersen, Mr. Wissinger was the Director of the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Group of Mark I. Wolk and Associates, P.C., located in Pittsburgh. In addition, Mr. Wissinger previously served as Vice President of Wolk Valuation Consultants, Inc., a boutique business valuation and mergers and acquisition consulting firm located in New York City. Mr. Wissinger has provided valuation and management consulting services, as well as deal structure and negotiation assistance, to small and mid-sized businesses in a wide variety of industries (including manufacturing, retail, high technology, service, and distribution) throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. Over his professional career, Mr. Wissinger has provided valuation consulting services to over 200 businesses, and has developed extensive personal and business relationships with the owners, managers, and advisors of those companies. Mr. Wissinger earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College. Mr. Wissinger serves as a Director on the Board of MicroMod Automation, Inc. and Hodge Foundry, Inc.
